Partner With Us: Help Bring Heart to Communities in Need
Exciting News from Heart @ Home!
In the summer of 2026, Heart @ Home in partnership with D’Care Foundation will launch a very special Pilot Project that is close to our hearts.
Our compassionate team will be visiting Indigenous reserves in need, offering:
- Personal Support Worker (PSW) services
- Basic dental care
- Healthy cooking classes
- Wellness checkups
This project is about more than just services — it’s about listening, learning, and building meaningful, lasting relationships grounded in respect, care, and community.
Our mission is to bring comfort, knowledge, and a helping hand to support and strengthen overall wellness all free of charge. Together, we hope to make Summer 2026 a season filled with warmth, healing, and heart.
As we prepare to launch this initiative, we are also reaching out to organizations, businesses, and community partners who believe in the power of care, connection, and collective action.
We know that true care extends beyond services — which is why we also aim to provide tangible items that can make everyday life a little more comfortable for the individuals and families we meet.
To make this possible, we are seeking support and donations in the form of:
- Monetary support to help fund travel, supplies, and service delivery
- Care items such as hygiene products, dental kits, non-perishable food, baby supplies, and wellness essentials
- Educational materials focused on health, nutrition, and self-care
- New or gently used goods suitable for community distribution
Every donation — big or small — helps us bring hope, dignity, and heart to where it’s most needed.
