Yes! Wherever your care is needed, we are there to lend a helping hand. We provide companionship or personal care to residents at retirement homes, nursing homes and hospitals who may desire additional attention or personalized care.

Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) include the basic tasks essential for day-to-day functioning, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, mobility and toileting. Many clients, especially seniors require assistance with IADLs rather than ADLs. Some clients for peace of mind, want someone to escort them when they are shopping, running errands or attending Doctor appointments. Other clients may welcome assistance with their bill paying or just keeping in touch with family and friends.

In some cases, intermittent help from a family member or friend may be all that is needed. However, in many cases, particularly when family or friends are unavailable and the importance of scheduling these activities is critical, informal care arrangements may not be adequate.

Yes, we offer overnight service. There are two types of shifts and the level of care is dependent upon the client's requirements. The first is a "sleep shift" which offers comfort that we are available if the client wakes and needs assistance. The second choice is that our caregiver is awake and alert at all times. The choice is yours!

Pricing varies depending on the services required, number of hours per week, holidays hours, ETC.

Our strict and thorough screening process ensures that all of our caregivers meet the highest possible standards for the delivery of personal care services. Each and every member of staff has an up-to-date criminal record check, and are all legal citizens of Canada. We require all our caregivers to be up-to-date with their CPR certification and WHIMIS certificates.

Regular "Supervisory Visits" are made to your home by our Case Managers in order to make absolutely certain that the care you are receiving meets the standards that we, and you, expect. These visits are arranged with you, but remain unknown to your caregivers, who know that they will receive 'surprise' visits from Supervisors and must, therefore, be on their best behaviour and work to the absolute best of their ability at all times. Your safety is our top priority.
