Home Care refers to any type of care that is provided to the client in their home. The type of care includes companionship/homemaking services, personal care services. These services can help maintain or improve your health and can be provided temporarily after a hospital stay, or an ongoing basis if you need continued help.

The office is opened from 8:00 am – 6:00 pm. However, you are able to leave messages after hours that are checked regularly.
Caregivers are available for as little as a few hours a visit up to 24 hours, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
During the initial consultation and the in-home visit, the Client Care Manager will document the services the client required. After that, the Client Care Manager carefully selects the best caregiver fit for the client and will arrange an introduction between the client and the caregiver. We strive to ensure that everyone agrees and understands what services are to be provided.
We make every effort to always send the same caregiver for each visit. If the service is seven days per week, then, we will generally assign two to four caregivers. We always have backup caregivers if someone is sick or on vacation.
